This deal is a vital component of the realisation of our ambitious masterplan on the the 42 acre site at Edinburgh Park in the west of the city. Edinburgh Park boasts exemplary transport links with two tram stops, a train station, bar/café, sports, leisure and office facilities as well as performance space, a sculpture trail and commitment to the arts.
Edinburgh-based S1 Developments, founded in 2007 and led by brothers Dan and Shane Teague, has won a series of national awards including most recently Scottish Home Awards 2023 ‘Housebuilder of the year’ and ‘House of the Year’.
S1 will develop the residential homes for sale at Edinburgh Park as part of Parabola’s masterplan to create a new urban quarter that will not only become an exciting place to live and work, but also a cultural destination and creative campus for Edinburgh.
