Four diverse and creative poets came together in exploration of Louise Plant’s 'Amarylla Guerrilla'

The sculpture represents both the myth of the amaryllis flower and the ever-growing trend of guerrilla gardening. The poetry event launched edition three of Polaris - Planting Amaryllis.

Following the public vote in 2024, Ben Barbour's sculpture 'Subterranean Diversion' has won.

Subterranean Diversion invites viewers to reimagine the layering of histories that has taken place on this site across time. The free-flowing line depicts the historic path of Gogar Burn through the now Edinburgh Park.
